A little about us
I'm Laura Harvey, founder and proud owner of Progresa.
Progresa was actually born from my own personal experience. During my own property journey, I lost what I believed was my dream home, not because the transaction was impossible, but because no one was truly taking care of the process, anticipating problems or driving things forward with care.
Determined not to repeat that experience, I went on to complete on my next purchase in just four weeks, despite being told it could not be done. I quickly realised how powerful it is when one person truly owns a transaction, tying the chain together, foreseeing issues and keeping everyone on the same page.
Today, we progress every single sale as if it were our very own. We leave no stone unturned and fully support both buyers and sellers through what is often a complex and emotional process. We know that when sales progression is done properly, it doesn't just get deals over the line, it builds wonderful trust and protects reputations.
